Trispace AG redesigned a Zurich office, focusing on flexibility and sustainability with intelligent interior design, harmonious color schemes, and a versatile layout to support collaboration, well-being, and corporate identity.
Trispace has transformed the office space of a reinsurance company in Zurich, creating a flexible and sustainable working environment. Intelligent interior design, harmonious color schemes and versatile usage options have resulted in a future-proof concept that optimally supports collaboration, well-being and corporate identity.
Intelligent space optimisation for maximum efficiency
Trispace has optimized the open-plan layout, creating additional collaboration areas and a dedicated hot-desking zone. This redesign ensures that employees can utilise both focused work areas and areas for teamwork and spontaneous interaction. The careful arrangement of workstations promotes a dynamic and efficient workflow, supporting both individual concentration and teamwork.
A cafeteria for interaction and comfort
A key element of the redesign project was the cafeteria, whose usable space was doubled to create an inviting and appealing environment for employees. The new concept includes a significantly larger café area with an open coffee bar, a bar and a lounge area. A variety of seating options have been introduced to cater for different needs, whether for casual conversations, informal meetings or moments of relaxation.
Design concept: a harmonious combination of style and function
The design concept aims to create a bright and inviting atmosphere that aligns seamlessly with the company’s corporate identity. Natural materials such as light oak wood and warm, earthy colors are incorporated. While the work area fosters a focused and productive environment through serene, refined color tones, vibrant color accents in the communal areas introduce targeted highlights. The color dynamics encourage inspiration and interaction. Organic, rounded shapes and soft edges are integral to the design.
