A New Urban Campus: Where Architecture, Nature, and Innovation Meet – Strategically located with views of the iconic Château and Parc de Sceaux, the new campus stands as a benchmark for the integration of architecture, landscape, and urban life. Designed to strengthen the district’s green and blue infrastructure, the site features a central landscaped core with accessible plazas, generous vegetation, and interconnected public spaces.
A Design Open to the City – Structured around a main garden building and three satellite structures, the campus adopts the concept of an open block. It promotes pedestrian flow, transparency, and natural light, with a central covered street that brings together all campus services in a vibrant shared space. Facing the boulevard, the office building embraces a monolithic and mineral architectural language in harmony with the broader ZAC urban plan. Its recessed ground level restores a human scale and creates breathing space within the city.
Architecture for New Ways of Working – Every element of the campus has been designed to support modern work environments and employee well-being. The fully glazed lobby offers a clear and bright welcome, while relaxation areas, collaborative spaces, and a spacious company restaurant provide comfort and flexibility. Numerous green terraces enhance the working atmosphere with nature views at every level. The tertiary entrance reinforces the site’s identity, featuring a contemporary reinterpretation of the monumental staircase that leads to dining, social, and informal meeting areas.
Sustainable Landscape and Urban Biodiversity – Developed in partnership with Land’Act Paysage and in coordination with the ZAC’s urban planners, the landscape design blends seamlessly with public spaces. Alternating planted areas and walkways are enriched with native plant species. Visible rainwater management systems (swales) and the widespread use of green roofs and terraces help combat the urban heat island effect and preserve local biodiversity.
A Vibrant Mixed-Use Ecosystem – More than a corporate headquarters, the campus offers a dense, multi-functional ecosystem. It includes office and research spaces, logistics functions, a supermarket, seminar facilities with 50 rooms, and a variety of shared services. Its open, flexible architecture embodies a forward-looking, sustainable approach to urban corporate life.
